Introducing Cool Box+, Carpol’s range of lightweight insulated and refrigerated box bodies for professional conversion partners, vehicle importers and fleet projects.
Each body is manufactured and pre-assembled at our factory before delivery, significantly reducing the amount of work required at the partner’s workshop. The solution combines efficient local installation with repeatable industrial production quality.
Cool Box+ is available as a thermally insulated body or as a complete refrigerated solution for chilled and frozen transport. Dimensions, insulation parameters and equipment can be tailored to the base vehicle and its intended application.

The body is delivered with the main structural elements already assembled, reducing the number of production operations required at your facility. This shortens the final installation time, simplifies production planning and allows your team to complete more vehicle conversions using the same workshop capacity.
Carpol manufactures its sandwich panels on its own modern production line. This gives us full control over panel dimensions, insulation parameters and production quality. Automated and repeatable processes ensure consistent quality across individual vehicles and large fleet orders.
Structural aluminium systems and Carpol sandwich panels help reduce the body’s overall weight without compromising durability. A lighter body means greater available payload and more efficient vehicle operation – an important advantage for 3.5-tonne vehicles and last-mile delivery fleets.
High-quality XPS insulation from Jackon, durable laminates from Optiplan, bonded joints and multi-chamber door seals help minimise temperature loss and protect the transported cargo. Depending on the required specification, Cool Box+ can be configured for thermally insulated, chilled or frozen transport. ATP-certified configurations are also available.
Every body can be adapted to the chassis, required dimensions, temperature range and daily operating conditions. We offer different insulation thicknesses, door arrangements, cargo-securing systems, refrigeration units, tail lifts and other equipment options.
Box Body+ bodies are manufactured in the EU using components and raw materials sourced from proven European suppliers. Our partners receive technical documentation and installation support to help them introduce the solution efficiently and maintain consistent conversion quality
