Carpol Cool Van was designed with our company mission to reduce output of unrecyclable and cancerogenic GfK generated by converters in Europe by providing the EU market. We replaced most of GfK parts into Carpol PFHP insulated thermoformed ABS sheets produced from recycled material.
ABS is colored throughout its material, ensuring your isothermal insulation remains perfectly white.
The PMMA layer covering the ABS prevents the growth of mold or fungi. This material is resistant to most cleaning agents, ensuring sanitary safety when in contact with food.
Mounting strips can be added at any time during the use of the insulation. Depending on the changing needs of your business, you can choose between handles, beams, straps, tension rods, and shelves.
The floor is designed in the shape of a bathtub, ensuring 100% sealability and no hard-to-clean corners. This design facilitates easy maintenance and cleanliness inside the insulation.
The folded sides of the floor partially bear the load, preventing the isothermal insulation from becoming unsealed. This feature helps maintain the integrity of the structure and prevents leaks.
